Service Description

omhold is a web-based application for meditation and mindful transitions. The free version allows sessions with limited duration. Pro users get unlimited session time and additional features.

Registration & Account

No registration is required to use the free features. Pro features require an account with a valid email address. Only one registration per person is permitted.

Payments & Pricing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly (€3) or annually (€30). All prices include applicable taxes. Payment is processed through Stripe. Access to Pro features is granted only after successful payment.

Usage Rights

With a subscription, you receive a non-exclusive, simple, non-transferable right to use the platform for personal purposes.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uninterrupted availability. Use is at your own risk. omhold does not replace professional medical or therapeutic advice.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. To exercise this right, send your withdrawal to hi@omhold.com.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email.

Applicable Law

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Hannover, Germany.
